A quick update regarding language choice. 

As you’ve noted, the option to chose the language for your box was not up but is has been fixed with the help of Backerkit.

The Pledge Manager is open

Backerkit has approved our settings and launched the pledge manager.

For those of you that are new to the process here is what’s happening:

• You will receive a link via the email you provided on Kickstarter that will give you access to your survey on the Backerkit website. This link is private as it contains your personal information.
• There you will be able to upgrade/validate your pledge, select add-ons and confirm your delivery address. If you’ve already pledged for extras on Kickstarter, you will select them now.
• After that you will be asked to pay for the difference, you can do so by credit card or via paypal.

Note: the mails will come in waves, so if you don’t see it right away it’s normal. If you still haven’t received anything by tuesday, check your spam folder. You can also go to https://napoleon-saga-waterloo.backerkit.com/ and request the email to be sent again.

I’ve missed the kickstarter, can I still join?

Of course you can, we’ve set up a late pledge so you can still join in.
Just go to https://napoleon-saga-waterloo.backerkit.com/hosted_preorders and chose what you want.
Late pledge will be open for a limited time, don’t miss out!

Something’s wrong, I need help!

Don’t worry, we’re here to help you in anyway we can.
If you see something wrong, or think there’s a mistake in your pledge information. If you need help to fulfill your survey or have any other request.

Le Pledge Manager est ouvert. 

Backerkit a validé nos réglages et lancé le pledge manager. 

Pour ceux qui sont novices, voici ce qu’il va se passer :

• Vous allez recevoir un lien à l’adresse mail que vous avez fourni sur Kickstarter qui va vous permettre d’accéder au formulaire sur le site de Backerkit. Ce lien est confidentiel car il contient vos informations personnelles. 
• Vous pourrez alors upgrader/valider votre pledge, choisir vos add-ons et confirmer votre adresse de livraison. Si vous avez déjà pledgé en plus sur Kickstarter c’est maintenant que vous pourrez sélectionner les articles supplémentaires. 
• Une fois choisi, il vous sera demandé de payer la différence, par carte de crédit ou par Paypal. 

Note : les emails vont être envoyés par vagues, donc si vous ne le recevez pas tout de suite, c’est normal. Si vous n’avez toujours rien reçu d’ici mardi, vérifiez votre dossier spam. Vous pouvez aussi vous rendre à https://napoleon-saga-waterloo.backerkit.com/ et demander le renvoi du mail. 

J’ai raté le Kickstarter, je peux tout de même participer ? 

Bien sûr, nous avons mis en place un late pledge pour vous permettre de le faire. Rendez vous à l’adresse https://napoleon-saga-waterloo.backerkit.com/hosted_preorders et vous pourrez rejoindre les autres backers. Le late pledge fermera en même temps que le pledge manager, ne passez pas à côté.

J’ai un problème, j’ai besoin d’aide ! 

Pas d’inquiétude, nous sommes là pour vous aider. Si vous pensez voir une erreur sur vos données ou dans nos informations, si vous avez besoin d’aide pour remplir le formulaire ou toutes autres questions, envoyez nous un mail à [email protected] et nous ferons tout notre possible pour vous répondre au mieux et vous porter assistance.

Pledge Manager coming soon!

Hello Everyone,

The Pledge Manager is almost complete, we just need a few days to check if the database import is successfully done. Once that’s ok, you will all receive a mail with your personal link to Backerkit.

Do not share this link! It contains your contact information and your pledged amount. If you know someone that’s interested in joining Napoleon Saga, we will provide a specific link for those who want to make a Late Pledge.

The pledge manager will stay open for two months and will close on 18 December 2017. If you fail to finalize it in time, your package will not be shipped with the others. Which means higher shipping rates and possible customs charges.

Stay tuned for more information in the coming days.

Salut tout le monde,

Le Pledge Manager est presque prêt, nous avons encore besoin de quelques jours afin de vérifier l’importation de la base de données. Une fois que ce sera fait, vous recevrez tous un mail avec votre lien personnel pour Backerkit.

Ne partagez pas ce lien ! Il contient vos informations de contact ainsi que le montant de votre pledge. Si vous connaissez quelqu’un qui souhaite rejoindre l’aventure Napoleon Saga, nous allons mettre à disposition un lien pour les personnes voulant souscrire un Late Pledge.

Le pledge manager restera ouvert pour deux mois et se fermera le 18 Décembre 2017. Si vous ne validez pas dans les temps, votre colis ne pourra être envoyé avec les autres. Ce qui implique des frais de port plus élevés et potentiellement des frais supplémentaires de Douanes.

Nous vous fournirons plus d’informations dans les jours qui viennent.

Advancement update #3

Hello Everyone!  

Here is a quick update to give you the planning of what’s to come.

Data collection: 

Since we use an external pledge manager, we don’t really need the Kickstarter survey. We will send directly the invitations for the Backerkit at the end of the month.

Development:

• Half of September: Finalization of the files for the Core box
• End of September: The Prussian army paintings are done
• Half of October: Validation of the files for the Prussian expansion
• End of November: The Austrian and Russian armies paintings are done
• Half of December: The Strategy cards of the Austro-Russian expansion are finalized
• January: We put the final touch to the playmat design

Production: 

• End of December: We send all the files to the factory for approval
• January: We get the first prototypes of the components for validation
• February: Chinese New year (it’s a big break in the country)
• March: The production begins
• April: International transport by sea to the different Hubs
• May: We send to Backers And that’s it for now. 

Of course there will be some “bumps in the road” but I think we’re on the right tracks to respect our ETA.

On vous a préparé une petite actu pour vous donner le planning à venir.

Récolte des données :

Vu que nous utilisons un Pledge manager externe, nous n’aurons pas besoin du questionnaire Kickstarter. Nous vous enverrons directement les invitations pour le Backerkit à la fin du mois.

Développement :

• Mi-Septembre : Finalisation des fichiers de la Core Box
• Fin Septembre : Les peintures de l’armée Prussienne sont fini
• Mi-Octobre : On valide les fichiers de l’extension Prussienne
• Fin novembre : Les peintures pour les armées Russes et Autrichiennes sont terminées
• Mi-Décembre : Finalisation des cartes de stratégie pour l’extension A/R
• Janvier : On finalise le playmat

Production :

• Fin Décembre : Nous envoyons tous les fichiers à l’usine pour validation
• Janvier : On reçoit les premiers prototypes des différents matériels
• Février : Nouvel An Chinois (c’est la pause annuel dans le pays)
• Mars : Début de la production
• Avril : Transport international vers les différents centres de traitement
• Mai : Livraison aux Backers

Et voila ! Bien sur il y aura quelques « accrocs » sur le chemin mais je pense que nous sommes plutôt bien partis pour être dans les temps.
